Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled for website design, software development, digital setup, and support services purchased from Vanntta Digital Services.
1. Project deposits
Project deposits are used to reserve development time, plan the work, prepare design direction, and begin setup. Deposits may be refundable only if no work has started and the refund request is made within 7 days of payment.
2. Non-refundable items
- Domain names, hosting, premium themes, plugins, stock assets, licenses, and third-party fees already purchased for the client.
- Completed work, delivered files, approved milestones, and custom development already performed.
- Emergency, same-day, or priority support services after work has started.
3. Cancellation
A client may cancel a project by sending a written request by email or WhatsApp. Any refund depends on the stage of the work, purchased resources, and completed milestones.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is duplicated or charged in error, contact Vanntta Digital Services with the transaction reference. Valid duplicate payments will be reviewed and refunded through the appropriate payment channel.
